This year’s conference, themed “Transforming the Way You Think,” will host actress and web series creator Felicia Day as its keynote speaker. Other highlights from the programming include:

New organizer Maria T. Sciarrino had the idea to include a “culture” track, which includes Berger and Dash and which has had major appeal for first-time attendees, said former conference co-chair Tim Allen.

We noted that women speakers are also fairly well-represented: about a third of the speakers are women. Getting more women speakers at tech conferences is one way women in Philly’s tech scene have moved to close the gender gap.
