Vital Signs 12, new website from Baltimore Neighborhood Indicators Alliance

A new website launch coincided with the release of Vital Signs 12 from the Baltimore Neighborhood Indicators Alliance-Jacob France Institute at the University of Baltimore.
Since 2001 BNIA has been collecting quality-of-life data about Baltimore by dividing the city into 55 community statistical areas and tracking different neighborhood indicators. Vital Signs themselves are broad categories, like “Housing and Community Development,” while indicators are subsets of each category — for example, “Percentage of properties under mortgage foreclosure.”
