According to documents filed with the SEC, Voltaiq, Inc. — based in Brooklyn, N.Y. — launched a new round of equity financing on Jan. 30.

The company intends to raise as much as $6,508,733 and reports having raised $4,904,112 thus far. The documents were filed with the SEC on Feb. 7.
