Finally we get a look into Time’s swanky new Brooklyn office.

Time signed a 15-year lease for 55,000 square feet in the rehabbed tech campus.

“We are excited that our talented technology, advertising and creative teams will become a part of Industry City’s revitalization,” Time Inc. CEO Joe Ripp said in a statement at the time. “This environment — known as an ‘innovation and manufacturing district’ — is an ideal space for building new products, reimagining content creation and developing advertising solutions.”

Time Inc. is one of the oldest and largest media companies in the world. Its Industry City space was created as an incubator of ideas for the future of the company and content creation.
