Farm to People to celebrate merger with Quinciple

Will this iteration of farm-to-people be the right recipe?

Will this joining of farming forces mark a new beginning in the beleaguered world of deliverable groceries?
The landscape changed this summer when industry leader Good Eggs folded, and shortly thereafter consolidated more when Farm to People and Quinciple merged.
This Wednesday the two companies are hosting a VIP celebration of their merger at Egg in South Williamsburg. [Editor’s note: Is this venue choice a sly shot at Good Eggs’ bad fortune?]
The newly merged company is bullish that its customizable baskets of locally grown delivered food will work where previous iterations of the model have not.
“We are not an ‘everything’ store for local food,” Farm to People founder Michael Robinov wrote in an email. “Rather, we hope that, through our direct relationships with farmers, we can deliver a Farm to People/Quinciple-curated farmers’ box subscription.”
