It’s that time of year for making wild promises to yourself.

Here’s a hot tip: If you really want to meet a goal, there’s a good argument to be made that you shouldn’t tell anyone about it. That said, local curator of important thinking on creativity, Maria Popova, culled a list of lists of resolutions from important thinkers and doers.
