AmazonFresh is open for business in Park Slope, according to the New York Business Journal. For now, Amazon Prime members can use it for free, but next year getting groceries delivered to your door will cost a whopping $299 for access to the service.

The Business Journal also reports that the service is already available in parts of Seattle, San Francisco and Los Angeles.

Amazon is not the only game in town for getting groceries straight to your door (or nearly there). Other services in Brooklyn include FreshDirect, Good Eggsand Farmigo (and lots of farm shares).
