Spaces is adding a new coworking offering to the area in Chevy Chase, Md., later this month.

The 19,3000 sq. ft. space, which is expected to open on March 19, will be located in Chase Tower, which is a block from the Friendship Heights metro station.

Along with 200 dedicated desks for coworking, the space will have private offices. It will also have two meeting rooms, as well as a 2,000 sq. ft. business club, and offer access to networking events.

“Chevy Chase is a prime spot for our Spaces debut in Maryland. This is a thriving community that has become an epicenter for established and on-the- rise companies,” Martijn Roordink, cofounder of Spaces, said in a press release.

Spaces is the latest coworking player to have multiple locations in the DMV. The latest opening comes after a Rosslyn, Va., location of Spaces opened earlier this year in the former home of the Artisphere. In all, the Amsterdam-based coworking company is planning to expand to 200 locations by the end of the year.
