Especially you journalists out there.

Are you a female journalist interested in learning more about using Python to explore data for stories? Just us? Well, this upcoming DC PyLadies meetup is also ready to host anyone interested in “investigating and playing around with data out of pure curiosity.”
If any of the above describes you, then this event is one for the calendar. Join DC PyLadies on Sept. 22 at iStrategyLabs in Shaw for an evening of data appreciation. Attendees will learn “how to wrangle and explore data, creating simple but effective graphs that will help you explore what’s hidden in your data using Python and the Pandas library,” organizers promise.
