If you managed to attend the showing of “CODE: Debugging the Gender Gap” this summer (and especially if you didn’t), there’s still lots more to learn about women who pioneered early computer technology.
On Thursday, Docs in Progress is showing “The Computers,” a documentary about six women who created the first all-electronic, programmable computer secretly during World War II. It’s the ENIAC.
The free projection will take place on Thursday, Sept. 10, from 7:30-9:30 p.m. at the Takoma Park Community Center (7500 Maple Ave.). To spread the word, check out the event on Facebook.
