12 of 13 DC Council members are active on Twitter: guess who isn’t

Thirteen members make up the D.C. City Council: one from each of the eight wards and five, including the chairman, elected city-wide. No surprise that in a city like D.C., all of them are active on Twitter. Well, almost all of them. Chairman Phil Mendelson isn’t, aside from a dated spoof account.
