Fever Smart, the wireless thermometer startup founded by Penn undergrads, won $10,000 at Steve Case’s Rise of the Rest student pitch competition. The competition, a warmup act for the $100,000 investment that went to scholarship-finding app Scholly, was sponsored by Blackstone Launchpad. We first covered Fever Smart when it was still called Life Patch.
