Applications for Delaware Relief Grants are open. Here’s how to get free virtual guidance

An hourlong webinar is available that can help you maneuver the latest COVID-19 emergency funds application.

September 8 (hey, that’s today) marks the application launch for Delaware Small Business Relief Grants, which will award small businesses in the state COVID-19 emergency funds up to $100,000. Are you eligible? Are you ready to apply? Feel like you need some guidance?

The Delaware Department of Small Business (DDSB) put together a one-hour webinar presented by Damian DeStefano, Director of the DDSB, a free resource for Delaware small business owners. If you missed it, you can still check it out here:

In short, the amount a business is eligible for ranges from (up to) $30,000 to $100,000, based on the company’s 2019 revenue, as follows:

  • $0 to $500,000 — Up to $30,000
  • $500,000 to $1 million — Up to $50,000
  • $1 million to $2.5 million — Up to $72,500
  • $2.5+ million — Up to $100,000

Funds must be used for COVID-19 expenses, including fixed expenses accrued during the pandemic.
