Koncordia Group, the Wilmington-based marketing and brand communications company, has merged with Marketing Associates and Magnify Analytic Solutions, both based in Detroit, and the North Carolina firm Conclusive Analytics to form OneMagnify.

Now that’s a merger.

The new integrated brand brings together the three disciplines of marketing, analytics and technology services.

Koncordia, located at 1201 N. Market St., brings extensive experience with high-level brands, including DuPont, Comcast, KitchenAid, Ford, P&G and AAA.

“Our repositioning as OneMagnify reflects how we collectively focus on the intersection of the Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Technology Officer and Chief Analytics Officer and align their three vital disciplines for immediate and insightful impact,” said OneMagnify CEO Mark Petroff, formerly president of Marketing Associates. “The surge of accessible data, the need to act on insights in real time and the imperative for scalable, secure solutions are what led to our integration.”

In addition to the expansion of services, each OneMagnify office will be involved with the Community Matters Program, which, through Marketing Associates, has a long history of engagement in the community in Southeastern Michigan.
