If you feel like you’re always hearing about BookBandit, it’s because they always seem to have big news, from getting selected for the Google Advantage Program to being named Startup of the Year at our own 2017 Delaware Innovation Awards.
Now the young startup, founded by University of Delaware senior Jim Jannuzzio, has a new accomplishment: it’s a member of Startup Grind’s 2018 Class of Exhibiting Startups. Startup Grind Exhibiting Startups are 130 companies selected from over 7,000 startups from 114 countries and 4oo cities around the world.
The exhibition itself is held at the annual Startup Grind Global Event in Redwood City, Calif., from Feb. 12–14.
The goal of the exhibition is to help selected companies “accelerate their pace towards growth and success by gaining the visibility of mentors and investors in Startup Grind’s network,” organizers say.
“These startups have great teams, traction, technology and massive markets,” said Derek Andersen, founder and CEO of Startup Grind. “Our biggest goal is for each startup to go back home with a new and improved game plan that would not have happened without the exposure of the exhibition and the mentors/resources that were gained through our network.”
