Social equity marijuana biz licenses in DE
If you or a close family member were convicted under old marijuana laws, or if you live in a neighborhood disproportionately impacted by those laws, you may be able to land a social equity license for selling or cultivating legal recreational marijuana.
It’s not easy, but the state reserves about 40% of licenses for social equity, and offers lower fees and other resources.
This technologist started as a rap artist
