• Center City District released its State of Center City 2024 report. The report found that workers who live in the suburbs were less likely to return to the office. 70% of non-resident workers returned to work in Center City by the end of 2023. [CCD/Threads]
• The City of Philadelphia completed the Adams Solar Project, a 70-megawatt solar facility that will help power Philadelphia’s municipal buildings. The completion of this project means municipal buildings will use 30% renewable energy, working towards the City’s goal of using 100% renewable energy by 2030. [City of Philadelphia]
