Last spring, right before its move from King of Prussia to Conshohocken, NextDocs‘ VP of Product Development Satwik Seshasai told Technically Philly that NextDocs wanted to “establish how a larger company can thrive in the Philadelphia area.” Here’s one way to do that: NextDocs is planning on tripling its employee count — to 250 — by 2014, the Philadelphia Inquirer reported.

The Inquirer reported that sales are nearing $20 million this year for NextDocs, a software company that provides solutions for life sciences businesses. It was  named Microsoft’s Life Sciences Partner of the Year in 2012.
