On Tuesday, local and regional leaders in all things out of this world are teaming up for a daylong gathering on what’s next in space.
From 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., America’s Future Series is hosting the hybrid Space Innovation Summit on the future of space tech in the US. Attendees can check out sessions such as The Obstacles to Dual-Use Innovation, Investing in the Space Economy and Protecting Critical Space Infrastructure Cyber and AI in Space. According to organizers, military, industry, investment and academic leaders will all be present at the event. The summit will be held at the Arizona State University campus in DC, with components made available for a virtual audience.
Noteworthy speakers include:
- John Raymond, first chief of operations of the United States Space Force
- Pamela Melroy, deputy administrator of NASA
- Clint Crosier, director of aerospace and satellite solutions for AWS
- Congressman Pete Sessions (R-Texas)
- Neil Seberyany, CEO and founder of CalypsoAI
