We previously announced that Solidoodle was drawing attention to its new site, Solidoodles (a competitor to Makerbot‘s Thing-I-Verse for sharing 3D printing designs) with a design competition. Competitors needed to create a new character that was printable on a Solidoodle.
The winner was “The Summoner,” by Solidoodles user Fantasygraph. See his design and two other notable designs on the Solidoodle blog. The winner will get a Solidoodle 4 and a supply of filament.
The winner also appears to have an extensive set of designs on Thing-I-Verse.
