Where better to keep a SEPTA schedule than your wrist?
A new app for your Pebble smartwatch from developer Chris Schlitt figures out what SEPTA trains are closest to your current location and tells you when they’re leaving. The app currently features the Market-Frankford Line, Broad Street Line, PATCO High Speed Line and Regional Rails. Schlitt says Trolley Lines, the Norristown High Speed Line and buses are coming soon.

Schlitt, 23, of Center City, is raising $5,000 on Kickstarter to develop versions of the app for more smartwatches and other cities. So far, he’s raised just shy of $250. The campaign ends March 8.
By day, Schlitt works at a neuroscience lab at Penn.
