Instacart, the on-demand grocery delivery service that launched in Philly last month, now delivers from state liquor stores, according to a release. The company had to get a special alcohol delivery license to do this. It cost $965 ($265 license fee and a $700 filing fee), according to the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board’s filing form.
