Should Pa. adopt an open data policy? Ask gubernatorial candidates

Should Pennsylvania join states like New York, Utah and New Hampshire in adopting an open data policy?

That’s one of the questions that a statewide group of civic hackers and open data advocates plan to ask the state’s gubernatorial candidates about transparency and access to data.
