The 70-something grandfather from the Huntingdon Valley developed a line of light bulbs that are equipped with technology that makes them do tasks like turn off after 30 minutes or flash in case of an emergency.

Angelo is on his way to taking his product, Smart Bulb, to market: he raised more than $32,000 in one month on Kickstarter. He’s now in the process of shipping the bulbs to his backers. After that, he’ll start selling them on Amazon, he said through a spokesman.
