Wednesday evening, three leaders in Philadelphia’s technology community will meet to discuss improving the tech and innovation communities in the region.

One Great Idea Philadelphia:Technology Priorities for 2011 and Beyond: A panel discussion led by Philadelphia Media Network CEO Greg Osberg, based around the organization’s One Great Idea editorial series and with a focus on technology leadership.

At the free, public event, Councilman At-Large Bill Green, President and CEO of Ben Franklin Technology Partners RoseAnn Rosenthal, and President and CEO of The University City Science Center Steve Tang hope to bring the technology community to Philadelphia’s front and center.
The event is hosted by Philadelphia Media Network, publishers of the Inquirer, Daily News and Philly.com, and will be moderated by Greg Osberg, the organization’s new Publisher and CEO. The panel will be followed by a Q&A session.
“PMN has an important responsibility in providing all Philadelphians a better understanding of the expansive digital progress being made in our city and in the surrounding region,” Osberg said in a statement.
