Millennials are doing some pretty cool things. This via the newly-released 2017 Forbes 30 Under 30 list — the annual celebration of young, smart, accomplished and famous (or some combination thereof) people.

While there were various D.C. names on the list in a variety of categories (30 Under 30 is, after all, more correctly 600 Under 30), Georgetown’s Halcyon Incubator came out as a particularly big local winner. The social enterprise incubator saw a number of ventures they’ve incubated get named to the list, and the program’s director, Ryan Ross, was named too.

All of these winners were in the Social Entrepreneurship category — it is worth mentioning that one judge of that category was the D.C.-based Case Foundation’s Jean Case.
