Twenty-six new startups got to pitch tech leaders at TechCrunch Disrupt in San Francisco, all vying for $50,000 in prize money, buzz from the crowd and media coverage.
One Brooklyn company was in the mix: Tailor. Tailor is an algorithmically-geared designer that somehow takes your brand name and some background about it and turns it into a logo. Cofounder Yali Saar gave the pitch for the team.
It costs $50 for the basic package of professional-looking branding, but for tweaks, updates and variations, customers have to pay a monthly fee. We’ve reached out to the company for more information.
