Coworking, they say, is so much more than just a physical space. It’s all about community. We guess that means Brooklyn has a lot of community.

Fumbling through a number of resources out there that aim to keep track of these types of things (in addition to curated lists), we found ourselves without a complete list of the coworking spaces in Brooklyn at the moment. We made our list and, because we know people take the definition of coworking pretty seriously, we’ll share ours: below-market rate space for independent workers and small teams to work collaboratively in shared spaces around a sense of collective identity.
