Philadelphia Opportunities Industrialization Center, Inc. is dedicated to the elimination of poverty, unemployment, and illiteracy to ensure a meaningful quality of life for families and individuals within the Philadelphia community.
The late Reverend Leon H. Sullivan founded OIC in 1964.
