Many of the big developers that are transforming Dumbo into a tech district to rival Manhattan will be gathering for a public forum at the Galapagos Arts Space on Monday, according to the DUMBO Improvement District. The forum will take place from 6:30 to 8:30. The meeting will go into the redevelopment of Empire Stores, Brooklyn Bridge Park, street renovations and traffic analysis.
