Shaylon Scott

Shaylon Scott is the executive director of Founders First Community Development Corporation. Shaylon has effectively blended a career in the nonprofit and for profit sectors and has extensive experience working in local government managing millions of HUD dollars, impact investing, social enterprises, rural development and TDHCA-funded housing as well as community driven programs. As the past President of Collin County Social Services Association, she worked to elevate the needs of the community and the nonprofit sector as a whole.
