Stephen Hunter

With over 15 years of consulting and strategy experience, Stephen is a VP of innovation and incubator operations at Allegheny Health Network. He focuses on the redevelopment of AHN Suburban through standing up programs promoting community health and building companies within AlphaLab Health. In this role he builds sustainable business models, invests in early stage businesses, manages operations for the facility, and teaches health economics. Prior to this he focused on developing and bringing Highmark Health’s long-term strategic vision to life. His concentration has been on the AHN’s $1B growth platform including Oncology, Wexford hospital, NWPA redevelopment, clinical mergers and acquisitions. He was part of Highmark’s largest spin-up Home and Community Services, which manages post acute care networks while operating a number of clinical assets in the same space.
