Rohan Bhobe is the CEO and cofounder of Nava PBC, a public benefit corporation focused on making government services simple and effective. He was involved in the effort to rescue and rebuild HealthCare.gov after its troubled launch in 2013. He has since built delivery teams that have launched major new legislation with sharp user experiences, eliminated large backlogs on programs constrained by legacy systems, and made agency operations more adaptable and resilient in the face of change.
