Keith is the CEO and cofounder of O3. Established in 2005, O3 is a customer experience consultancy specializing in AI, digital strategy, and customer journey optimization through design and software development. O3 has partnered with several clients over the years including Aramark, Cencora, CHOP, Ironman, La Colombe, Five Below, SEI and Vertex.
In addition to his work with O3, Keith has consistently demonstrated a commitment to giving back to both the industry and the communities he’s involved in. He’s played a key role in organizing the Forge Conference, Innovation Day, and the current day 1682 Conference, which focuses on AI and Innovation. Keith is also a co-founder of the Philadelphia chapter of the Awesome Foundation and the Pay It Phorward initiative, further showcasing his dedication to bringing people and missions together and supporting community-driven projects.
Keith has been a member on multiple boards and has mentored several companies, most notably through Philadelphia Alliance for Capital and Technologies (PACT) Mentor Connect program. Keith currently splits his time between Philadelphia and DC.
