Bill Hangley, Jr. for the Notebook

Bill Hangley, Jr. is a native Philadelphian who has worked as a freelance writer for over twenty years. He cut his teeth as a reporter for the English-language Prague Post in what was then Czechoslovakia, and is now a regular contributor to WHYY and the Philadelphia Public School Notebook.
