Andy Viren is the performance manager for Philadelphia Parks & Recreation where he helps to improve his department through the design and development of intuitive and informative technology. Andy supports other departments and organizations to tackle tough challenges with the City of Philadelphia Innovation Management Group’s Innovation Consulting program.
