We’re celebrating Technical.ly members: Become one today to join our Dec. 11 happy hour

Show your holiday spirit and support your local independent newsroom.

Technical.ly launched membership in January with the goal of bolstering support for our newsroom’s work, and our readers have stood up to support us. For that, we thank you.

For $12 a month, members have shown our independent newsroom that they appreciate the work we produce every day. Members receive special perks too, such as access to exclusive events, a members-only newsletter and free conference tickets.

And soon, we’ll begin our Member Spotlight article series. If you’re working on something you want shared with our larger reader network, join us.

One more reason to join (soon): On the evening of Tuesday, Dec. 11, we’re hosting a members-only happy hour in our offices at the 1776 coworking space in Washington Square.

Our new chief product officer will be mixing cocktails — she was a bartender for nearly a decade. You can expect networking with likeminded folks (including Generocity’s members) and an open ear from our editorial team.

Join by Dec. 10 and you’re in.

Oh, and another perk: Technical.ly members also have unique access to the upcoming movie screening for film “Valley of the Boom” on Monday, Dec. 3, at 7 p.m. You can watch the trailer here.

Just one of the many perks we hope to offer Technical.ly members in the coming months.

25% to our goal! $25,000

Before you go...

To keep our site paywall-free, we’re launching a campaign to raise $25,000 by the end of the year. We believe information about entrepreneurs and tech should be accessible to everyone and your support helps make that happen, because journalism costs money.

Can we count on you? Your contribution to the Technical.ly Journalism Fund is tax-deductible.
