No, the Spruce Street Supper Club is not a top secret meeting of oligarchs.
Rather, it’s a philanthropic event series that seeks to link people around common causes. For each event, the Supper Club will give half of all proceeds to a nonprofit and, for its inaugural session, the chosen organization is Girl Develop It.
On Sept. 17, from 6-9 p.m., the Spruce Street Supper Club Launch Party is happening at the historic Hill-Physick-Keith House, located in Society Hill.
The shindig is an initiative of Peak to Peak Advising, a Philly-based marketing and consulting firm.
Tickets are $50, and include a tax deductible donation of $25 toward Girl Develop It, but also:

  • Two cocktail options provided by 13th Street Cocktails, three beer options from Cartesian Brewing and access to an hors d’oeuvre station from Food Underground
  • One raffle ticket for prizes that include gift certificates, event tickets and free admission to future Supper Club dinners
