Under Mayor Jim Kenney, the city will have its first digital director.
Her name is Stephanie Waters and she’s a digital content strategist who’s worked on two failed gubernatorial campaigns: Martha Coakley’s 2014 run in Massachusetts and Barbara Buono’s 2013 New Jersey run. Waters, 28, of Point Breeze, most recently worked as Kenney’s digital campaign director.
