Student teams went head to head at the January 2014 Philadelphia Engineering/Math Challenge.

Education entrepreneurs and teachers can win a crowdsourced grant of $5,000 from SEED, an annual competition. The project must affect Philadelphia schools and should have a wider scope than just one classroom. Projects in the idea phase are welcomed.
Apply by Jan. 9
Finalists will present Jan. 28 to a crowd that will then choose the winner.
Past winners include the Philadelphia Engineering/Math Challenge, a year-long STEM challenge for middle schoolers, and Teachers Lead Philly, a network for “teacher leaders.”
