More than a year has passed since Mayor Michael Nutter signed Philadelphia’s open data executive order, pledging transparency through data releases. The Sunlight Foundation, the Washington, D.C.-based good government organization, spoke with those involved with the local open data movement to see how far Philly has come in that year.
