Philly’s TechBreakfast is coming to Wilmington

The group will hold its free meetup three times a year in Wilmington.

Big news for Wilmo’s tech scene: Philadelphia TechBreakfast is hosting its meetup once a quarter in Wilmington, and the first such breakfast is Feb. 25.
It’ll be from 8-9:30 a.m. at 1313 Innovation, and Megan Anthony, the community manager there, said the quarterly event will create a valuable bridge between the innovation scene in Philly and that in Wilmington. She noted that Philly’s TechBreakfast was helpful for Cnverg, which was originally a Wilmington startup.

“I’m so excited to see the TechBreakfast come to Wilmington!” Anthony said in an email. “Hearing from Cnverg about how this group has helped them just reaffirms why we need the organization here and how crucial they will be in building our community.”
The free breakfast will be a chance to interact with others in the community interested in technology, and it features local speakers.
