Rittenhouse Communications Group (RCG) is a Philadelphia-based, minority owned and operated design build technology integration firm. Our core verticals include multi-family, mixed use and hospitality assets.
As a boutique technology integration firm, RCG designs, implements and installs low voltage cabling, network infrastructure, IP cameras, access control, enterprise WIFI, smart building IOT solutions and A/V for our clients in multi-family, mixed use commercial and hospitality projects in the mid-Atlantic region.
Our strength lies in our design build capability rather than bidding off other vendors’ design. This helps us own the design and implementation as well as ensure that the clients are getting the most up to date technology solutions. This process eliminates the need for costly change orders and delays during the construction process. We also provide ongoing training, support and proactive maintenance for all our installed systems.
Seeing the need for unified software in PropTech we developed our own mobile application, PropKey. PropKey ties in all the technology and PMS features into one interface for tenants, while providing a dashboard for management. No one better understands how PropTech software needs to be deployed than the company designing, installing and supporting MDU clients!
Our firm has grown exponentially over the past few years, and we have completed and have several high profile MDU and hospitality projects. We are also expanding into the education, gaming and public sector verticals.
