Zivtech is moving into a bigger office in Center City

Zivtech just signed a lease on a new office at One South Broad in Center City.

After more than three years in the Philadelphia Building at 13th and Walnut, the web dev firm is moving into a nearly 10,000-square-foot office on the 10th floor of the building. The new office is more than the double the size of its former office.
No word yet on if it’s pet-friendly — the Zivtech crew had hamsters, fish and a dog in the office last time we visited. It’s also connected to the Widener Building, where former Philadelphia Building neighbor RJMetrics has an office.
The new space will allow Zivtech to double in size to 70 employees, said spokeswoman Sue Spolan.
The company worked with tech company realtor Dan Gummel to find the space. They were most recently at South by Southwest as part of the SXSW Philly crew, showing off their open source integration product Probo.CI. (Spolan helped organize the SXSW Philly effort.)
