IglooHome makes it to SXSW’s venture competition finals

The DreamIt Ventures startup beat out more than 200 applicants to get into the finals.

IglooHome, the DreamIt Ventures startup that built a smart-home solution for Airbnb and other temporary rentals, is headed to Las Vegas later this month to compete in South by Southwest’s Venture2Venture competition.
The startup, whose team hails from Singapore, beat out more than 200 other applicants. It’s one of five finalists in the Enterprise and Smart Data Technologies category. (Wilmington’s My Digital Shield was also selected to pitch.)
