The young technologists behind nvigor, a group that aims to connect students to the city’s broader technology scene, recently launched their first website.
Built for the Independence Visitors Center, it’s a mobile-optimized web app that lets tourists map stops for the Philly Phlash, a local sightseeing bus.
It’s another development in the nvigor effort. Other projects include organizing Philly’s first Student Startup Summit held during Philly Tech Week and the Philly Health Codefest.
nvigor, who did the work on a volunteer basis, did most of the development work at the weekly Code for Philly hack nights at NoLibs’ Devnuts. The group was able to connect with the Independence Visitors Center through stakeholder group Open Access Philly, said cofounder Dias Gotama.
nvigor is also expanding its leadership team. Apply by May 24 here.
