The sale of Noxilizer’s RTS 360 Industrial NO2 Sterilizer, a device worth $250,000, is “a deal that could be worth up to $340,000 over the next three years and sets the stage for expanding the company’s operations from services to products,” reports the Baltimore Business Journal.
Founded in 2004, Noxilizer has been growing rapidly, adding seven new employees in the last four months. The Mount Vernon-based Abell Foundation recently pumped $500,000 into the company. In 2013, according to the Baltimore Business Journal, Noxilizer will move into the University of Maryland BioPark. It’s presently based out of the UMBC Research and Technology Park.
