‘We’re from Baltimore, we’re legendary’

Memes from “The Wire” have been going around after the bridge collapse, so it’s only fitting to share the above quote from Felicia Pearson (aka Snoop from the Stanfield Organization), who spoke those words during the 2024 InfluenceHer Youth Summit.

Put on by the Mayor’s Office of Children and Family, the mid-March convening celebrated the achievements and potential of the city’s young women. Pearson appeared alongside other prominent women professionals, including B-360 founder Brittany Young and City Solicitor Ebony Thompson.

Attend our annual readers conference on May 9

The Technical.ly Builders Conference is what it says in the name — a daylong conference on building better companies and tech ecosystems — but it also serves as an annual gathering for the whole Technical.ly community. We always leave feeling super energized after reconnecting with everyone.

Readers from all over the country are coming to Philadelphia to speak and present and deal and network, and we think you should be among them. The day closes with an evening party, our Signature Event. Early-bird pricing ends April 1, so now’s the time to save your spot.
