Baltimore TechBreakfast: Procurely, NewsUp among September’s presenters

Another month, another installment of Baltimore TechBreakfast. (Presentations! Questions! Microphones! Free bagels!) Among September’s presenters were Justin Smith, the founder and CEO of Procurely, which Technically Baltimore covered in July.
