Millennial Media to acquire Metaresolver, reports 2012 Q4 profit of $2.6M against $6.2M 2012 losses
The global mobile advertising company Millennial Media will acquire San Francisco-based Metaresolver in an all-cash deal. Metaresolver is “a privately held mobile media buying and targeting platform,” according to CityBizList.
